We designed and implemented an easy and beautiful route for our guests (who don’t need to be experienced hikers). It features lush green forests, two main village squares, and a very strong presence of running water. Springs and fountains with flowing water, four streams, brooks running alongside the path, small bridges, cisterns, drinkable water, and a waterfall. Of course, it also includes small chapels, stone-paved paths, and the wonderful architecture of the villages—all in one single circular route!
The route is mostly shaded, making it suitable even for summer, especially since it is at altitude.
But if you do get warm, the cool, crystal-clear waters will make it worth it…
Archontiko Michail designs (this particular route was created in August 2024), marks, prunes, clears, and maintains trails so that city visitors coming to Pelion can easily enjoy them with their families, without any mountaineering experience.
